I am looking for a holiday in the sun for myself and my 8 y/o daughter for the 1st week in July
Last year we stayed at the Timor Sol in Benamedina and my daughter enjoyed it. There were were lots of activities for kids.
I used Budget and it was'nt cheap.
I could get the same place a lot cheaper booking thru the internet myself.
However I would like to try somewhere different.

    Any suggestions out there?

    Thanks

My brother took his 8 year old daughter to Puerto Rico last summer and they had a ball, and year before that they went to Lanzerote had just as good a time there

    What about Majorca?

The resorts of Cala d'Or, Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa would be suitable for you. Get flights online, and book hotel directly. Usually works out cheaper. But, sometimes Sunworld have good deals, and a nice range of hotels, so maybe check their online site.

    Hi Mickeybags,
have a look for the Broncemar Beach in Caleta in Fuerteventura, lovely complex with great kids programme and Caleta is a beautiful small resort. We have been here a few times and on 2 occasions meet a single dad there with his daughter, he said that was why he booked there. Ryanair and Aerlingus fly there and you can book the complex direct.

My friend and her family are going to sol lanzarote in matagorda they go there every year she says its fantastic for kids and parents actually get a break too. We always book with fal*on, always found them cheaper than anyone else.
