Standing order set up

Folks Am I right in saying that if I want someone to set up a standing order I get the form from the bank fill out my part, give it to them and they return the completed form to me. I simply give it into the bank then, is that right folks thanks paddy www.chupasart.com

You can just print out your own form with space for the member to fill out his bank address, sort code and account number. Have them sign it and post it to the branch. I can send you the form I made for my gym if you want, you can just change the logo.
