iPhone Maps

    Hellu,

    Maybe I'm missing something...my problem is to do with maps on the 3GS

    When using the Directions function to guide you to a destination, is the blue icon for your location not meant to move as you physically move? And should the directions not change as you complete each one?

    Mine stayed put and I had to tap the next arrow for each direction :confused:

    Location icon moves fine if I dont hit 'Start', but then I dont get the directions on top of the screen.

    Help appreciated

    Nope, Google Maps on the iPhone isnt a Turn-By-Turn sat nav.

    But providing you have 'Location' turned on in setting the blue blip should move yea.

    Thanks! Interesting that about google!

    Is there any alternatives that are free or cheap? Tom tom app is a bit pricey...
