    Hi,
Alright going to renew the passport and need to get some photos for the application.

Thinking of doing it in Colbert Station (haven't been there in ages... they still have photo booths there?) or are there other suggestions for whatever reason?

They do passport photos in that camera shop next to Neville Shoes on O'Connell Street, and in Roberts pharmacy as well.

i do mine with this website - http://www.epassportphoto.com/

then save the file to a usb stick and get them printed at one of the automated photo booth thingies for 25c

Dont use the booths, they have let me down twice regarding getting a passport using them photos. Id use a pharmacy as they know the standards required.

Ditto, I got my money back in both cases though without any hassle. Used Fergusons? (on the corner of Sarsfield/O'Connell St.'s) but they charged €7.50!

    Thanks guys.
Got a hold of the actual form now and they're very specific about the photo criteria so I'll stick to the pharmacies as advised.

its all on the website i linked guys, i got mine done there and had no issues.
all the instructions, requirements etc. you can preview the photo yourself to be 100% you are happy with it.

    7 photos for 25c = just over 4c a photo
    4 photos for 7.50 = 1.87 per photo!!!!!

thats nearly 50 (fifty) times the price

I've done this myself (albeit printed them at home ;))

Used em in my driving license and passport and there's no real difference (Well, my ones are better than machine ones )
