Is it possible for a person to do a second PLC course? Whats the eligability? Is one eligable for a grant? (I assume not but I can't get any…

Whats the eligability?
Is one eligable for a grant? (I assume not but I can't get any answers so...).
If the course was similar to the first one an applicant attended,is that a problem?
Does one have to gain a pass or honours in the current course to do another course?

Basically, my young fella wanted to do illustration, was directed into a graphics course on the post leaving cert programme by his Art teacher when he really want's to get a portfolio together to do illustration. He's discoverd it's not achieving what he needs to get a third level college place in any course he's interested in!!!:eek:
