I have found a video clip of someone playing Green Day "Time of your Life" on the net (you tube) and I wanted to learn the song, can anyone put the notes down on paper for me?? you can find the video if you search for Time of Your Life (tin whistle version)

Why don't you just follow her fingers as she suggested to you herself? Make the video full screen, it's pretty clear and slow enough so no reason why you couldn't follow it, take it in small sections.
