    Travelers in particular are very superstitious about death and anything to do with it. My brother had a vintage packard Hearse a number of hears ago in Galway as a prop and never had any hassle with it, the doors were never locked. :p

    I don't know whether to believe you or not but that's the funniest thing I've read in ages!

    If you ever drive out the Ennis road towards Scarriff theres a GAA ground about 1/2 a mile before Toomgraney, theres a barrier on the car park to stop travelers settling there. Just 200 yards down the road there is a new graveyard with a larger car park. There is no barrier. :p

    If you there is ever planning for a halting site in your area, a couple of headstones would not go astray. :D
