    A better option from Peats than the one you selected. It does Dell, 19.5v and is €10 cheaper.

    It doesnt matter if the charger is over 90watts. That rating just means how much power the PSU can supply safely and without overheating/frying. So more is not a problem, it just means the charger has more headroom.

    The voltage shoul ideally be the same. 0.5V might not sound like much, and may work, but I would still try to match it exactly.

    Just as an aside, most universal chargers are pure junk. I know people who've gone through 3 or 4 of them in the course of a year. They just generally arent very sturdy, especially around the connector that goes into the laptop. So go easy on it, try not to wrap the cord tightly etc.

    The only good ive seen is a white Belkin one, very sturdy and durable. Not sure where they sell them though.
