    In theory if the EU becomes a "United States of Europe",and emerges with a unified military force consisting of every European state bar Russia,along with a loyal population and entered a war against the USA,who wins and who loses.Explain your answer.

    europe has learned a lesson about world wars the hard way, no one except some crazy military war mongers would want such an event

Second, it's asking people to speculate about an unlikely future scenario, which has so many variables that such speculation is utterly futile.
