    In theory if the EU becomes a "United States of Europe",and emerges with a unified military force consisting of every European state bar Russia,along with a loyal population and entered a war against the USA,who wins and who loses.Explain your answer.

    europe has learned a lesson about world wars the hard way, no one except some crazy military war mongers would want such an event
