Crop Insurance?

    Just filling out my Frost Damage compensation form and it asks you whether you have crop insurance and whether it covers frost damage. I never heard of such a thing. It says at the end, For growers who have no crop insurance the level of compensation must be reduced by 50%. Anyone shed any light on this?
