    Has anyone got an iphone from IOS in the last 2 weeks, and if so how long were you waiting before you received it. Thanks

    Confirmed mine with them on the Thursday and had it in my grubby mitts the following Tuesday. The rep said they deliver within 2 or 3 working days of confirming the order...

    Good for you, they were meant to send mine out last Friday, but spoke with them today, and sadly it still hasnt been sent out :mad:

    has anyone got an iphone from IOS when they were a PAYG customer?

    i'm a PAYG customer who want to go on 65e p/m tarriff for iphone but i've been told by staff in vodafone shops that they will only pass on either:

    1) existing vodafone bill pay customers entitled to an upgrade, or
    2) customers of rival networks transferring to vodafone

    given that store staff usually dont have a clue what their talking about i thought i'd ask

    hi, im billpay customer, I dont think its available at the moment to payg, and anyway Im waiting over a week now to get my iphone from IOS, was meant to be sent out for sure last Friday, contacted them today, and still not sent out yet

    hey, i was a ready to go customer with vodafone and just walked in off the street, said i wanted an iphone from ios and they set me up.....i wasn't due any upgrade or anything like that. you really have to try different stores as the employees dont seem to have a uniform way of dealing with ANYTHING!

    p.s. The iPhone ROCKS!!! Don't know how I survived before it...

    they claimed their system crashed on friday, and that they would send out as soon as they can, I asked them can you give me an actuall day, and they said no, reading other posts on here, it seems IOS are a nightmare to deal with, and I am starting to experience that nightmare now, this phone delivery is going on since 20th of January

    Yeah they seem to be very hit and miss, i got the call yesterday and they said I should have it by Friday. Will have to wait and see

    Spoke to IOS yesterday and they confirmed delivery for tomorrow but got another call today cos their system went down and they wanted all the details again and it will be Friday or Monday!

    They havent contacted me yet, but that doesnt surprise me at all, these guys are a nightmare to deal with, why on earth did VF decide to go with them.
