Hello all. Need some help. I cannot access Hotmail OR facebook. If it means anything I did a full norton scan last night (all clear) but I havent had access to hotmail or facebook since then. Any ideas please

What happens when you try to access them?
Do you get a 404 error page??

Start/Run and type nslookup
Then type www.facebook.com and return
List the output you get here.
