How much should this wall cost to build?

Hi, I really need help planning to building a front entrance wall. The measurements i have are as follows; length 77ft. hight 5ft. I received a quote from a block company of 528 x 4" blocks and inc. delivery of €270, which sounds good??? How much foundation, concrete, etc do I need? And how much roughly for Labour? Cheers.
