Leveling a Concrete Floor?

I was just wondering what the easiest way to level a concrete floor? The screed upstairs in my house is not level (builder power floated if that's the right term).

As a result the floor is not even and I was wondering how I could address this so that the floors can go in easily.

    Cheers

There is a product that can be made up and poured down on to existing floors to make them level - self levelling floor compound.
This is made up with the consistency of water and then poured on to the existing floor where it will find it's own level.
Not sure of product manufacturers but any good builders providers would know what you were after....it's probably a handy enough diy job.
