Elvery sports around the city and sportssmith on Cathedral St, (Off O'Connell St) sell the basic groin support.

The Bridgestone Muay thai gym in Stonybatter sell the metal ones which you tie up.

fightlord.com (irish based) sell a more padded one (shock doctor), not sure if you can get this in a shop in ireland.

There used to be a very good mma shop in Moore Street Mall but it's closed now.

http://www.ultimatemmasupplies.ie/ are very good. Their shop is in Airside but if thats too far away they do next day delivery anywhere in Ireland for a fiver.

Be careful with sizing on a groin guard for Jits, too big can be as much a pain in the balls as too small....especially half guard.

Get a good Muay Thai steel cup. That will correct alot of people that mistake the knee on groin for knee on belly.
