    Hey there,

I'm currently doing an electronic engineering course in college and recently have started doing visual c with the GUIs and velleman boards. I find this far more interesting than ordinary C and was wondering if anyone here had any project ideas i could try my hand at.

Only a beginner yet so not anything too hard.

    Thanks:D

    Hi,
I done a bit of visual c about 5 years ago. Maybe you should learn c# which I think is more widely used.

Go for the Murach's C# 2008 book. I have the Murach's C# 2005 and its a very good book. At the moment I'm developing a mobile app for my final year project.
