Theres the falconry place in Kinnity castle. The website is down but here some info
    http://www.discoverireland.com/se/ireland-things-to-see-and-do/listings/product/?fid=FI_62849
AFAIK they do walks etc and let you fly the birds etc.

Dosnt Belvedere do something there outside Mullingar??
Although i think that maybe just a viewing thing.
Might be some info or phone number here
    http://www.belvedere-house.ie/

If you google it theres plenty of other places. Ashford might be not too far away either

The place in Belvedere is closed a couple of years now, cant remember his name he is an english guy he is based in Germany now.
I did some hunting in the past with Jack Smith in Kinnity Castle he has also closed it was about this time last year, he now has a karate school in Tullamore.
I was just wondering was there any private falconers with there own birds.
