I've just got NTL 30mb BB.

    I couldn't connect VOIP(SIP).

It was working perfectly last time when I was my friend's house.

    He's got NTL as well.

The thins is.. He's got Netgear Router. I've got Cisco(EPC2425)

Cisco EPC2425.. It seems very bad router.

Anyone has got the same problem as mine?

Turn off the builtin firewall of cisco router.

If you are not sure how to do it then search this forum, it has been discussed many times.

Not sure how you connect but sounds like software in PC.

If using Sip software looks like you tried everything bit to test disable Firewall in router and PC, also make sure that ports are open correctly in the router. Did you try using the software in any other PC's in the house? Also try connecting PC directly to NTL modem to test but as you said probably an issue with teh router.

If with an ATA did you try connecting directly to the NTL modem?
