Can I reduce yrs from 35 to 30 without loosing my tracker?

    Wondering if i can reduce my mortgage from 35 to 30 years and still keep my tracker mortgage status without any ammendments and hidden catches...

    If you are on a tracker your interest is proably calculated on a daily basis, so topping up your repayment wont be a problem.

    I had a 20 year tracker mortgage with NIB and paid it off in 12 years this way.
