Apache Home Server - Security?

I recently set up a home server on a spare machine I have here. I recently set up a home server on a spare machine I have here.

I'm following the steps as outlined on this website

I'm at step 3, trying to set up the security on it but I'm having difficulty

I tried entering cd "C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\bin" in command prompt but it keeps coming up with the system cannot find the path specified. Any ideas?

If your setting up a web server for home use on Windows just use xampp - It installs everything and is easy to administer.
