Hi, i have looked around but i cant find anything on this.

Im a 21 year old full time student and it was brought to my attention by someone that i may be eligible to claim ~100 per week as I worked for more than 13 weeks last year. Is this true?

    No.
If you are a full time student you are not available for full time work so cannot claim while in college.
See FAQs thread for more info on student entitlements to JA.

i see, my informant tells me it is related to prsi and prsi credits. Because I have worked >13 weeks i am entitled to something. Is this correct?

Have a look at the FAQ thread.
To qualify for Jobseekers benefit, you have to have worked 104 weeks overall, and 39 contributions, either paid or credited, in 2008, 13 of which must have been paid. Otherwise, you can have paid 26 in 2007 and 26 in 2008, again you need 104 overall.
If you qualify for Benefit, you may qualify for payment during the summer holidays if you satisfy the other conditions.
