I am constantly depressed and have been for the past while. It all came about with my love for my best friend. We are or were best friends and talked all the time but recently she just got married. I told her i couldn't go. She knows i love her but probably doesn't realise how much.

Anyway, the advice i got off people was to end this friendship in order for me to move on. I did this 4 weeks ago and cut ties with her but i am constantly down and don't see a way out of this. I miss her so much. I just stay in all the time and am constantly thinking about this which gets me so down

you've made the first right move by cutting ties with her, but now you have to make the next move. Sitting there doing nothing is bound to make you feel depressed, but the feeling will pass. Be as active as you can be - i.e. going out for walks, 'always' taking opportunities to go out when a friend asks you too, etc. Your life will piece together as you go along and remain steadfast - trust me.
