Can't sleep - clowns will eat me

I'm unreasonably in the horrors now even though it's quite late in the day.
My options are - (1) have a shower; (2) go get food; or, (3) sit in huddled ball beside the fire and internet and hope that something good happens.
Options 1 and 2 are pretty daunting at the moment.
Hey, maybe something good might happen!

It's all too hard.
Worst thing is, my OH is happily asleep in the bedroom, despite my occasional gentle nudge to get him to wake the heck up and keep me company.
