Raheen? My friend worked there fixing monitors. He always said it was too damn easy and got boring until he got a warehouse job.

Yeah, it's a technical support analyst position. I worked with a different company doing tech support before and it was hell. Hopefully it'd be a bit better. Apart from being boring it's not too bad so?
