YouTube "most viewed of all time" is wrong?

When I go on Youtube and select "Most viewed videos" and want to see what the most viewed video of all time is, the top results are only 15 million views.
I know for a fact that Lady Gaga's last single had 100 million views... is there any other way I can see a more accurate list of what the most viewed ones are?

The problem with really popular videos is that not everyone watches the same one. So, for the same video, e.g. the RTÉ News Ice Slipping, there may be four or five videos of the same thing. Something very similar happened with Susan Boyle's Britain's Got Talent Audition.

When they say the 'most viewed', etc., they mean the combined total views of all videos with the same clip.

but when you watch charlie bit me its like 100 million for one clip, which is more than the 15 million for another single clip.

I remember that 'Evolution of Dance' was the first famous most viewed vid, I thought it was shockingly bad.

Im pretty sure its because your in the Youtube Ireland and when when you go to the most viewed it gives you the most viewed in Ireland only. To change it, go to the bottom of the page and change your current location to Worldwide.
