Retrieving emails on Tocco Lite?

    Hello all,

    I have configured the mail settings on my Tocco lite as per O2 customer service....I tested sending them and they work a treat....but whenever I try to retrieve them i get these responses:
    (I have 2 email accounts set up-one work and one hotmail)

    Work email: " No new emails" But I can see them sitting there in my inbox on my laptop so i know there are emails...

    Hotmail: " No response"

    Both email accounts work perfectly fine to send from....

    I had a look in the email settings but can see anything-can anyone help me?
