Canon Pixma MX7600 ADF jammed - help!

    Hi , the ADF (auto document feeder) of my mx7600 says it's jammed, but having gone throught all of the manual procedures I can safely say there is nothing in the ADF tray, or anywhere. I even shook it upside down (no mean feat with this beast of a printer) and sprayed compressed air all over the shop. Canon want me to send it in for repair, just wondering if anyone knows how to diy fix this issue? many thanks
