sn0wbreeze 3.1.3 Jailbreak for SOME iPhone & iTouch types

sn0wbreeze is a new jailbreak available for firmware 3.1.3

It can be used on all iPhone & iTouch devices EXCEPT a new iPhone 3GS with Bootrom 359.3.2 & iTouch 3G (also check if your device is a MC model
It works similar to redsn0w but I am yet to read a guide

If you have a iPhone 3GS with the old bootrom version (pre week 40) then your good to use sn0wbreeze.

Once jailbroken you can then use blacksn0w (via Cydia) to unlock , this will still work on 3.1.3 .




If I had to use this I would wait a couple of weeks til any bugs are weeded out , its usually around RC3 that the full complete version is available .

Dev team is always rock solid .
Geohot's releases have been accused of been a little buggy ? ( ungrateful if u ask me ) but here's something interesting ....

The developer of sn0wbreeze ( ih8sn0w) has assisted and helped GeoHot in the past with unlocks , mentioned here on his blacksn0w blog:

This sn0wbreeze looks legit but would still wait til those bugs raise there heads and patched.

I don't think he/she meant to be ungrateful , just it makes sense to wait a couple of weeks when a new hack gets released .
Over the next couple of weeks follow the iH8sn0w forum and see the bugs been reported and fixed , then use this product and donate when satisified.
That way you can never go wrong and always remember the hack devs font really have a BETA platform , they use us and there 1st couple of releases as there tests .

UPDATE 2: iH8sn0w has removed his sn0wbreeze download until it is fixed for the iPhone 3GS. We'll update again when a fixed version is released . . .

UPDATE: I'm telling you now, don't bother with this right now. #1 3.1.3 isn't worth it. #2 sn0wbreeze isn't as finished as it should have been before they released it. It WILL NOT be for the iPhone 3GS, after many repeated tries with different .ipsw files made with sn0wbreeze I am fairly convinced that sn0wbreeze is not compatible with 3GS 3.1.3 firmware.
