    I dont know where i stand here and need some advice........


    I was offered a job a few months ago and as i was unemployed I took it. I was offered it straight away after second interview which was on a fri and was asked could I start on the Monday after that weekend. I said yes, lost a months rent and deposit and moved across the country for this new job. I had to borrow money to move across the country and to cover my first months living expenses.

    Since starting the job it has gone downhill big time. The contracts that were meant to be sorted out that I was meant to be working on were never sorted and because of this I have only been in the office for 12 days since xmas as there is no work to do. When offered the job I was told that I would be on a basic of just shy of 25K plus commission. I have ben payed twice so far neither time I got my full salary for the month. I have yet to get either a contract and/or payslip and I am there over two months and I have asked several times for these to be furnished to me. I am currently looking for another position and so do not want to rock the boat too much for fear that he will ell me to walk and I wil be in an eve worse position as I will have no contract to fall back on.

    So does anyone know what I can do in this situation?

    I know I am entitled to a contract and payslip but these are impossible to get from him.

    Should I get a contract from him next week and it states my salary as mentioned above and he does not pay it to me in full how can I go about getting it from him??

    Sorry if this is a bit long and confusing but I am freaking out as it has cost me a small fortune to move because of this job and I am getting further into debt because of it!!

    Any and all help appreciated

    Update: I was talking to him this eve and he told me that he cannot give me a copy of the original agreement as money is tight in the business and as I am now on a commission only basis as of the last few weeks aswell working on a day to day basis this is all he can say in any contract he supplies to me now!!


    Can someone please tell me what I can do here. On one hand I want to tell him to stick his job up his ass but on the other hand I dont want to do anything rash as I have no other job to go to and I have spent and lost a small fortune moving across the country for this job and dont want to give up just yet.
