I know few days old but i haven't been able to find any thread about the horrible circumstances in which Ken Fetherston died.
It is a tragic sick circumstance in which he died, when they brought to light it was over his own money he died.Simply by trying to retrieve his money back.
Seriously sick in head these people are and i hope they do life in jail.
Condolences to all his family and friends.:(

THE FATHER of Ken Fetherston, whose remains were identified yesterday, has spoken of the family’s devastation at his death.

The 26-year-old from Tallaght in Dublin was reported missing on September 22nd. Skeletal remains were discovered at the Viewing Point on Military Road, Rathfarnham, on Sunday, and were confirmed as being those of Mr Fetherston yesterday morning. A murder investigation has now been launched.

The father-of-one had last been seen at Landy’s Industrial Estate in nearby Knocklyon on the day he went missing.

Gardaí believe Mr Fetherston may have been killed when he sought the return of money he had given to somebody known to him. Detectives investigating the killing are working on a definite line of inquiry.

edit - just googled it, that's only accross the road from me! Yeah it's pretty sad stuff alright.

Though I'm sure he was a decent guy, sometimes even the nicest people have the dirtiest acquaintances.

Whoever did it was clearly very cold about it - leaving his car in Gorey in the expectation that the body would never be discovered up at viewpoint.

Just goes to show how easy it is to make someone disappear in the Wicklow mountains. Viewpoint is arguably one of the busiest spots in the mountains yet his body was buried there undiscoverd for 4 months.
