JSB run out...moving to JSA

My cousin has been on JSB for the last year but it has run out so he must change to JSA. The problem is he is still registered as living at home but has been staying with me rent free until the landlord decides if he can move in (hes waiting for another tenant to move out).

Hes dad works fulltime but his mom has been on carer allowance, his brother on JSB & his sister on disability allowance all in the same house so will this affect his JSA means test if he still says hes living at home until the landlord decides what is happening. He is 28 so his parents income shouldn't matter.

Would leave it off til next week & see what the landlord doing but his stamps have run out & need to get it sorted.

Any idea if he will get full dole if he keeps his address as home or if his mom or sister will get cut?
