window tint and nct

    Is it ok to have limo black tint on back window and back passenger windows for the nct? I think front windows need to allow 70% of light to pass through.

    yep, they aren't testing for that until April iirc. I passed last week with my tints.

    edit: it will only affect the front side windows, not back!
