The guys getting sick all the time is basically over training... He needs to get his vitamin in take up, eat right and work smarter and not harder (as in, cut his training to 4-5 short intense sessions a week as opposed to 6 slogs).

The other guy should look at eating small amounts (of healthy food, rice, protein, fruits) 6 times a day to up his metabolism and to take protein shakes after training to up his recovery.

I'd recommend the below book as a bit of a bible in this area esp for martial artists...

    Checked the link above.

The guy has been trained by Charles Poliquin. His Bio Signature stuff is top class. They can tell by where your fat deposits are what sort of issues you have. E.G. High levels of fat on ur calves means high cortisol levels, normally linked to people with high stress levels who can't get up in morning and can't sleep at night

He will probably put your guys on the caveman (paleo) diet. Load you up on EPA/DHA, BCAA, Magnesium, zinc, put you on a HCL protocol, make you take greens etc

    All good stuff

That bio signature is another pocket liner for Moneyquin. More pseudoscience from the master of self promotion. Next time we meet up Jason I'll tell you some tales out of school.

That's no reflection on the Irish Strength guys who are by all accounts I have heard very good at what they do. Andy I'll buzz you on Monday we might be able to help you out.
