My other half has been shortlisted for cabin crew with Ryanair for a 6 month contract due to start in April 2010.

She has been asked to go to an agency called DALMAC in Rush , North County Dublin.

Has anyone else ever been to this place and what kind of assessments can see expect.

Are there group /Team exercises and debate or just a presentation and interview.

    Any relevant feedback appreciated

    here is their website

    http://www.dalmac.ie/

Check out whois.com to establish who owns the site and then check out the company director from solocheck. All public domain information.

Seems that Ryanair has subcontracted their recruitment to this firm.

However, nice gig short term (for Fingal Language Institute), I'd suggest that having one client only is extremely short term thinking, but more power to them.
They seem like the real deal, no worries.

Furthermore it's pretty certain as the only Recruiter in this area for Ryanair that their commission or payment structure is set per head so the advice would be to take this meeting as the first interview and be as prepared as can be.
Can't help on the format of the meeting tho.
Best of luck to the better half!
