COD WAW frustration

    OK i posted this question over on the xbox forum and did not get a good answer. Thought I would try here.......

    I started playing call of duty WAW again as I thought I paid 50 quid for the game and never really played it much.
    So I go online to try play a game over xboxlive and find it hard to find a game where I have the map. I keep getting kicked for not having the map packs.
    Is there a way to select just the vinila maps when I go into play online.

    Alternitiavlly if i was to buy just one map pack witch one is most played.. that way I would not get kicked too often.
    Im not paying 22 quid for maps for a game ive already paid for and dont play that much....

    Any help apreaciated.......

    You'd probably just have to buy both the map packs since selection is completely random.

    Play zombies instead... much more fun than their multiplayer.

    I doubt there's anything you can do mate, maybe write a strongly worded letter. As far as I know there are no settings you can change to solve your problem. I think the map packs have gone down in price since they came out, if you have any interest in it. But I wouldn't advise getting em, unless you want to play zombies which is quite fun.

    Nothing you can do unless you buy the maps. I did not buy the maps either and was always being kicked. Had to keep leaving the lobby and join until a map that i had came up. They have it that way to make you buy the maps imho. I dont play it anymore now.

    yeah its a rip really. And im sure COD MW2 will go that way too so I should play it more before the maps come out for that and ruin it.

    For the map packs on WAW its 800 each for them and there are 3. They have a deal to gett all 3 for 2000. But its still 21 quid for a game that I have already paid for and dont play that often. I might just buy MP3 then I hear its a good zombie mod pack.
