Is there any insulation that can be used with underfloor that is very thin under 20mm? (for first floor I have a couple high spots)

Is it possible to lift the floorboards (assuming wooden floor) and use required thickness between the joists.

    hello Dolanbaker

I suppose what I am looking for is something other than polyiso I Think the minimum size I can get is 25mm tf70 kingspan even this is too thick for a single spot on my finished foor. I need something around 15mm or less for a badly laid small precast slab before i pour my finished floor

Polyiso is very malleable, you could thin it down with some coarse sandpaper. That way you can even shape it to fit the badly laid floor. Can you take up the difference with a self levelling screed?
