It seems from my research that most Stainless Steel Triple Coil 300l Hot water tanks have 35/40mm insulation would anyone know where i could get a SS triple coil tank with 50mm plus insulation?

You could always add a lagging jacket later to raise the level of insulation, or wrap it in something like sheepswool.
