Audio interface / mixer

    Im looking for a firewire mixer that also acts as an audio interface , anyone know of any ? i currently have a nord lead rack 2 , korg micro kontroll and laptop using cubase . i have my nord hooked up to my controller via midi and the controller to the laptop via usb but im getting no sound in cubase just signal so i reckon i may need an audio interface. any help will be appreciated

    what ya want is an m-audio nrv10, really great audio interface/with analog/digital mixer, bit pricey but i guess you get 2 products in one, has an efx option on t too which is quite handy especially if you also use it for djing too. check it out, i haven't looked back:)

    thats just an audio interface, looks ok, no mixer though, as you get into it, a mixer is really handy and somewhat standard, most certainly with serious musicians,unless you buy that an a digital mixer but you will be nearing the price of the nrv then and well the nrv is great and very handy if you get into djing, just my 2 cent, im certainly happy with it!

    just googled the alesis - the reviews for the alesis are a bit iffy, doesnt appear to be a popular audio interface!
