Leaving Cert music!

    Hey there!:)
    Im doing leaving cert music but i didnt do it for the j.c but i think il b ok...:confused: maybe haha! my problem is i dont know what standard my practical pieces shud b!(im playing piano) iv done up to grade 6 and does anyone hav any pieces i cud play for my practical at dat standard?

    If you look at the Academy of Music's Grade 6 book (maybe even go grade 5 so it's faster for you to learn), they'll have a nice variety of pieces.

    Gymnopedie by Eric Satie is a nice one and very easy to play.

    There's a Piece by Mendelssohn called Venetian Gondola's from his songs without words collection which is quite nice aswell and of a Grade 6 standard too
