setting up app store account

    hi, i'm setting up an app store but it needs postcode even tho its set to ireland.
    any advice??
    it wont accept things like eire, rep of ireland etc etc

    That happen to me on paypal, etc.

    Try 000 or 0000 it usually works, they may email you about it but then you can explain.:)

    Hi there what I normally do if your from Dublin. Use Dub 13 or whatever area your from if not use cork 22 athlone 33 etc etc should work fine

    I'm in Meath of course and don't have a postcode!

    single 0 worked for me too, dont bother ringing apple customer care, after 3 phone calls and 4 emails i was still no better off
