    Hello

    I work in a pharmacy a soon to be qualified technician. The pharmacy opened up last year so i am almost a year there. My boss is constantly threatening to cut wages by 10%. Even lets say u make a mistake he would joke 10% cut. This has been happening all over the year. After telling me and my work mates that he wont cut the low earners which is me. He has gone back on his word and is now cutting all of us by 10% next week. I have no contract with him.Is he allowed to do this and how much notice should he give before he does this. On a lighter note i am nearly 6 months pregnant and this constant scare tactics with him is upsetting me.

    You need to go to a solicitor. You do have a contract - its just not written down. A solicitor given full instructions will provide you with your best options.
