    Hi All,

    I want to create an online archive and was wondering if anyone can suggest how to go about getting a website up and running. Have been going around in circle on google trying to figure out the best approach.

    Is it possible to create and maintain a website for free, or more or less?:confused: Unsure if this is the correct forum.

    If (a) you're an expert and know your web stuff and/or (b) it's not a professional site and/or (c) you don't need anything advanced, then yes, it's possible.

    Wordpress or a free blog might even do the trick.

    Thanks for the advice. A blog type format would not be suitable as it is an archive, so users would require some sort of search function.
