    I'll be doing this one.

You should generally not be expecting a great time on a cross country course, and definately not this one, but I'll be hoping to knock a couple of minutes off the time I got on the same course last year. The added obstacles along the way are all part of the fun though.

My 3rd cross country so far and by far the best! Loved the hay and the muddy river beds etc. First time with spikes too, they really helped. Many thanks to the tall guy in the boards athletic top, You were about 20 metres ahead of me so i used you to keep my pace at a good level. Managed to knock 1 and a half minutes off my previous xc time as a result!

Yep that was me in the BAC top.

I lost out a place in a sprint on the line to another guy. He said afterwards that my lack of hair on top had him worried that I was in the same age category as him. Glad I'm able to do a bit to motivate people on like that, but I've still got a couple of years before I hit any over age categories, and when I do I'm already a long way off winning them. :D

Thats my race strategy, midway through a race i'll select someone ahead of me that seems to be going faster and try to cling on for dear life!! So far it seems to be working :D Thanks on this occasion Robin!
