Ok well this weekend the National Senior Indoors are on in belfast in the Odyessy. There seems to be some fantastic races on show this weekend.
With the world Indoors on the cards and places on the Celtic Cup team for the winners. Here are some of my picks for the medals

    Womens 60m
You would have to go with Amy Foster, even tho Brady is the fastest and Whelan is in fantastic form. Dont count out Mc sweeny.

    Womens 60m Hurdles
Word on the street is that DOR is only back hurdling after injury, Hopefully she can race herself into fitness

    Mens 60m
I think this year Irish sprinters are really closing the gap on Hession. Dean Adams and Steven Colvert has dipped under 7seconds, Rambo and Patrick Phelan will be up there challenging for medals

    Mens 400m
Brian Gregan if competes which im sure he will should take this tittle. But it will be interesting to see who will join him on the podium, alot of juniors are starting to hit some good form but dont discount indoor specialist Nick Hogan or even the joint junior 400m record holder Gordan Kenedy who recorded a sub 50seconds clocking

    Mens 3k
This for me is going to be the most exciting race of the weekend. It seems like everyone who you would think is in this race. Liam Reale, Alan O Brien, Thomas Fitzpatrick, Pat Mc Cartan, Richie Corcoran, Paul Robinson I could nearly go on all day. The fastest Athlete in the race this year is Liam Reale who ran the time battling with tom fitz, who i think will have a big part to play in that race coming off the pack of 3 pbs in a row (8.32,8.27,3.56) But with people like alan o brien and pat mc cartan being big kickers nobody really knows. Expect Richie Corcoran to take the pace early on. There are alot of athletes in this race who are in line for big runs this year and im hoping that this race is fast from the start and a few lads go sub 8.10

These are just a few, I could be writing all day here. This is one not to miss

According to the AAI's tweets, Foster has been ruled out of the 60m, and Loughnane is out of the Walk.
