    I think the 3G is still free on bill pay. 3GS isn't.

    Sure it's worth about €600+. €79 is the cheapest you can get it at the moment with contract.

    Apple Store Italy and Apple Store Australia is all that i know of.
    Also authorised retailers in the above countries.
