    Hi guys,

Was wondering are there any pros & cons of using certain types of headsets ?
Will be getting new frame with 1 1/8" fork and not sure what type of headset should I chose, or maybe it doesn't really matter ?

    Thanks

It does matter, there are a myriad of different standards- external, integrated, semi integrated, and then within those there are different types, get the wrong one and it won't fit. It's not just as simple as getting a 1 1/8" headset!

Ok, so I understand it's up to the frame build which headset will fit ?

Correct, it depends on your frame.

Ok, so if it doesn't say in the frame description is there any other way to determine headset type ?

What's the frame? You should be able to find out from the manufacturer. I don't think I'd be able to tell myself just by looking but I suspect a bike shop or experienced mechanic would.
