For those of you who aren't picky, I picked up 10 250ml bottles of the Lidl stuff for 3.40 which is a euro off the normal price.

It's surprisingly tasty as long as it is chilled.

You'll be even more surprised at the quality of the 500ml cans of Ottinger Lager in Aldi, they are in a handy six pack and taste brilliant. a bit in between bud and hein, not too strong or weak, just perfect.
and last time i looked they were a euro a can

Got a crate of Miller in Dunnes the other day with one of my friends. €17.99 for 24 bottles. Can't go wrong.

if you like miller/bud try galahad in aldi, its a nice beer and at 79c for a 500ml can you cant really go wrong! 6 cans for less than a fiver..
