Driving Licence Question

    went into the council offices today to add a D1 licence to my existing licence

    no problem with that but when i came out i realised i now have a full licence for a scooter and tractor also!!!!

    is it standard?

    The W category is added to when you pass your B (car) test, and up until 3~ years ago an M license was also added.
    Mistakes happen all the time in the motor tax offices, so presumably they forgot to add them the first time around?
