Hey,

I have two days holidays left before I finish my notice. If I wasnt finishing there, I wouldnt be allowed take holidays at this time of year as it's our busiest time. However, I'm curious if I have to be legally allowed to take them before I finish or, if because I can get them as wages instead, they can refuse the requests?
