    hi can anone help with my dilema
    Try and keep it short to the point

    My Mother dies leaving house and estate
    My Brother (A) is executor of will, he is mentally unwell barely knows his own name
    Brother (B) got him to sign over all to him now he is executor went through the court apparently rest of family did not know about this.

    He has now refused offers on house and not giving full details to the rest of the family e.g where money has gone from bank accounts etc

    can we get him removed from this and give it to someone inpartial because its getting messy and nasty now.

    He also has deeds to mothers house should he have these???

    It is possible to remove an executor.

    AFAIK executors are there to carry out the instructions of the will. they can't do whatever they want.

    If you want better advice here try rephrasing your question to be a more general query.
    Really specific questions are generally locked or deleted.
